ShareWatcher
ShareWatcher will monitor your personal Windows file shares and let you know when and who accessed them. You can also be notified via email, sounds, custom commands and windows events of new files added to any Windows folder or share, including FTP Servers. Files can also be automatically moved by adding a QuickMove Action to any folder being monitored. Deleted File Notification for Windows included as a Plugin.
The New File Notification Plugin has two options: Polled or Live depending on which model suits your needs best.
